Our focus is to create and execute national and international marquee events. All events are created to deliver real time content as well as archived digital media to customers subscribing to broadband providers. We would essentially become digital media producers with an emphasis on sports that also serves as a mechanism that distributes content for broadcast media companies. Other events will eventually include entertainment (e.g., music concerts), corporate programs and sports-themed public relation programs. This plan seeks to generate a significant increase in company sales and profits from the delivery of signature events to stimulate brand building, market research and industry analysis, feasibility studies, and strategic analysis and reporting services.
